The once agricultural spaces adjoining the Villa, have been carefully restored and transformed into elegant holiday homes in Umbria. The restoration respects the original character of the place, harmonizing architecture, materials, and colors with the enchanting landscape of the Spoleto countryside.

The natural oxygenated swimming pool, free from added chemicals, was designed by following the terraces of the olive groves, creating an architectural element reminiscent of the old livestock watering troughs.
